Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed in the State of Utah as an LLC. We are also fully insured.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We will arrive to your home with our tried-and-true assortment of cleaning supplies. If you have a product that you would like us to use on a specific material in your home, we can also use that.
Do you need someone to be home when a cleaning is scheduled?
No. We can clean your home whenever it is convenient for you. Most of our clients provide us with a garage code or remotely unlock their doors when we arrive to clean their home when they are away.
Do I have to straighten up any clutter before cleanings?
No. Just be aware that it will require some extra time for us straighten up any clutter before we begin cleaning. However, if you would like to save some time and money, straightening up any clutter before we arrive will allow us to clean your home without extra time.
Can you clean only certain areas of my home, or do you only clean the whole house?
We will clean the areas that you request. For us, there is no task too big or small. We will work the hours that you can afford. Be aware that there is a minimum of one hour per cleaning.
Do you have any cancellation or reschedule fees?
Whenever a cancellation or reschedule request is before a 24-hour period before the scheduled cleaning. A fee will not be issued. If a request is within 24 hours before a cleaning, there will be a $20 cancellation fee.
Do you have any policies against pets?
No. We love pets and have no problem with them in your home. We understand how important pets are to a family. We do ask that you keep your pet in a safe space when we are cleaning floors and such.
When do I need to submit my payment?
Payment is due when the cleaning has been completed.
